The Danesfield Dash 10km race is organised by Danesfield School PTA with the help of local running events organiser, Purple Patch Running, and supported by sponsors Huntswood, SAS and Marlow running shop, Runners’ Retreat, and is set to be a great day.
Race Director, Chris Wharton, said “The PTA are proud to hold this event as it really inspires the children to get active and creates a real buzz. With Purple Patch Running we have created a superb route that is part on-road and part off-road through the wonderful woods that surround the school. It’s not the easiest 10k but 94% on Runners World said they would do it again. Hope to see them compete again this year for a new course PB!”
