With the festive season almost upon us our thoughts turn to entertaining our friends and family. Christmas and New Year wouldn’t be the same without a Bloody Mary – traditionally served to cure hangovers – recently the cocktail of choice for discerning party-goers.

And the classic Bloody Mary wouldn’t be the same without Tabasco® – it’s a staple ingredient. So it’s no surprise that every year Tabasco® organises the annual British Bloody Mary Challenge. This year’s competition is on the horizon, professional mixologists across the UK are stirring…

We’ve got our hands on last year’s winning recipes – just in time for an abundance of festive cheer. Try Marco Piroli’s Prize winning classic Bloody Mary – the best Classic Bloody Mary in Britain in 2013. Or, for something a little different, George Collyer’s Mezcallywag Bloody Mary was Britain’s finest alternative version. Prefer to have them made by the experts? Visit Lab Bar or Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town, London and who knows Marco and George may even mix them up for you!
